This policy describes the Mr Ivory merchant app and the Mr Ivory website at mrivory.com. It covers information those surfaces collect, and how to ask a question or request deletion.
Merchant app
The merchant app is for people who already use the Mr Ivory merchant panel. It collects:
- Your merchant login email, so you can sign in.
- A session token, kept in the device secure storage, so the app can stay signed in.
- Optional biometric unlock. That check is handled by the device only. The app does not receive or store a fingerprint, face, or other biometric template.
- Transaction data the merchant already has in the panel, shown after you sign in.
Card numbers and CVV are never collected or stored by the app.
Website sign-up
The public sign-up form on this website collects the name, email, and website URL you enter. It also records the IP address of that request.
Advertising and tracking
The merchant app and this website do not use advertising or third-party tracking.
Deletion and questions
To ask for deletion of information held from the merchant app or the sign-up form, or to ask a question about this policy, email support@mrivory.com.
